Shipping and Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  

Products usually ship same or next business day!

(The transit times below reflect the standard shipping option)

-Expect only 1-2 day transit times for shipments to: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa & Indiana

-Expect a 2-5 day transit time to the rest of the U.S.

-Transit times will vary for shipments outside of the US

-We do offer expedited shipping options as well.

Although the transit times specified above are typical, sometimes (although uncommon) there are unforeseen circumstances that arise that may delay handling slightly so we cannot guarantee them on every order.  

Other Shipping Notes:
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Note that in many cases customers tend to receive their items sooner than specified but we cannot guarantee this.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the items cost. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item. etc).

Depending on which item you return and if it is still in brand new working condition (not our error), there may be a 20% restocking fee applied. Regardless, let us know and we will do whatever we can to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our priority! You can call us toll-free at 877-224-4899.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases the refund will be applied faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
